Jakob is an experienced management consultant and project manager. He has more than 15 years’ experience within IT-driven change projects focusing on strategy, implementation, process optimisation, IT acquisitions, governance and international project management.
Jakob has worked with a broad circle of projects within production, logistics, sourcing, inventory management, sales and distribution – often with regards to IT-supporting projects. Jakob is very experienced within the energy sector and has a solid knowledge of the production and IT industry. Based on a large number of international projects, Jakob is specialised in management across cultures and organisations.
Anders Hove is an experienced management consultant and project manager with more than 18 years of experience within IT-driven change projects and Supply Chain Management with focus on strategy implementation, process optimisation, IT acquisition and implementation, establishment of governance, and international project management – especially within Agile project methods.
Anders has worked across the whole supply chain with production, logistics, planning, engineering, procurement, inventory, maintenance, HR and IT supported processes. Anders has extensive experience within manufacturing and transportation companies, the financial sector, the energy sector, pharmaceutical and government with different cultures and organizations.
Lennart has more than 20 years’ experience building bridges between business and IT in a number of Danish and International companies. Lennart works primarily with program & project management and IT-driven business development including process optimisation as well as management advisory on IT Governance.
During recent years, Lennart has worked extensively with business analysis and advisory in relation to vendor and application selection, together with project and change management on some major business systems transition programs across industries and sectors – national as well as international.
